Hospitality Circle is a free, region-based network for UK hospitality venues and the suppliers who serve them. It is made up of a public directory on this website and a WhatsApp community group for each UK region.
Membership is for hospitality businesses only: venues such as pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, cafes, nightclubs and event spaces, and the suppliers who trade with them. You must be authorised to represent the business you list. One profile per business.
You are responsible for what appears on your profile, including your business name, description, images and contact details. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use. Keep your details accurate. You can edit or delete your profile at any time.
Profiles appear in the public directory once they are reasonably complete. We may hide a profile that is reported by several members, that is inactive for a long period, or that is not a genuine hospitality business.
Each region has its own WhatsApp community, run under WhatsApp's own terms. The groups are for trade conversation: asking for recommendations, offering spare stock or capacity, covering shifts, sorting problems out between businesses. Unsolicited bulk selling, recruitment spam, political content and abuse will get you removed. Your phone number is visible to other members of a group you join. That is how group chat works, and joining is your choice.
Posts expire automatically after 30 days. Endorsements are given by one member to another and cannot be bought, traded or given to yourself. We do not verify claims made in either, and an endorsement is one business's opinion, not our recommendation.
We are an introduction network, not a party to anything you agree with another member. We do not vet suppliers, guarantee work, handle payments, or take a commission. Any contract, order or dispute is between you and the other business. Check anyone out properly before you trade with them.
The service is provided as is and free of charge. We aim to keep it running and accurate but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
You can leave at any time by deleting your profile, and you can leave a WhatsApp group from inside WhatsApp. We may end a membership that breaks these terms.
